Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email from Google sign-in, and the branding you add.
• Reports: the domains you check and the results. Free reports without an account are deleted after 7 days.
• Usage limits: a daily, salted hash of your IP address to enforce free limits. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers, no selling data, and report pages are hidden from search engines. Analytics are cookieless and aggregated.

Your choices

You can delete any report, and ask us to delete your account and data by writing to hello@hookgap.com.
